This white stoneware decorative platter is thrown on the pottery wheel and altered, carved and added stamp decoration. I glazed with the rutile blue glaze and overlapping with my turquoise glaze with hint of pink/red. It is reduction fired to cone 10 in the gas kiln.
This is a great center piece on your table, or you can hang it on the wall easily with it's grooved foot.
