Shipping policy

Orders are shipped 1-2 days of the receipt of payment.

For continent US, small item (e.g. small bowls, mugs,) is shipped via UPSP, and larger item (e.g. casserole, chip& dip) via UPS ground.

For the international shipment, please contact me for the cost of shipping.

My goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selections, please contact me within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
